What the Cat Has Been Up To…

Actually, he’s been conspicuously absent for the past week, although I’ve seen him at the water dish a few times.  I hope he found a cooler place for his “activities”, but I do miss looking out and doing a quick sketch.

    These are wonderful sketches. Cats aren’t easy, and every one of these rings true. I need to do a whole bunch of sketches with yours for reference because I love your style. Wouldn’t it be cool to do abstract paintings based on a piece of any of these, with all of those expressive marks?
