Poem at The Ekphrastic Review

holy comp s

My poem “Holy”, inspired by the art of Bahman Mohassess, is up at The Ekphrastic Review, along with 12 other diverse responses.  Thanks to editor Lorette Luzajic for featuring my work, and introducing me to this wonderful artist.

I am still dealing with family medical issues, so will be on break awhile longer.  As Nina said on Thanksgiving, there is always much to be grateful for, and we send our thanks and good wishes out to everyone for their friendship and support.

The painting definitely leads to speculation on thoughts and motives. Meanwhile, your art reminds me of a brain scan.

    Sending positive thoughts your way.
