The Wonder Bread factory in Paterson. When they baked you could smell the aroma across town. Schools used to tour the factory and they’d give you a mini loaf.

Yes mrs bairds bread…..they moved it out of Dallas years ago. The city still mourns…

Wonderful pieces! My first apartment was very near to a bread factory. Such amazing scents would waft through my windows. (Which didn’t do me any dieting favors!)
