Pink Moon
The Oracle is, as always, right. Even though the clouds are covering the moon, I’m singing with Aretha and the wind.
bitter language will not
chase away the raw shadows
chant your blues
into the sky–
ask the wind to sing with you
beneath this pink moon

Beautiful! The Oracle knows the pink moon is there.
And one of my all-time favorite clips–love this moment from the KC Honors–Aretha, Carole King, the Obamas–just wonderful!

yes. A chant can lead to healing, while a rant may only deepen the wound.
